11 Duty to prepare and publish strategy E+W

(1) The OEGW must prepare and publish a strategy.

(2) The strategy must set out how the OEGW intends to exercise its functions.

(3) The OEGW must exercise its functions in accordance with the strategy.

(4) Schedule 2 contains further provision about—

(a) what in particular the strategy must contain, and

(b) procedural requirements.
