9 Abolition of differences in entitlement related to priority need E+W

(1) The 2014 Act is amended as follows.

(2) Omit—

(a) section 70 (priority need for accommodation);

(b) section 71 (meaning of vulnerable in section 70);

(c) section 72 (power to amend or repeal provisions about priority need for accommodation).
