Yn adran 167(2) o Ddeddf 1996 (dyrannu yn unol â chynllun dyrannu: Cymru), ar ôl paragraff (b) mewnosoder—

“(ba)

people for whom responsible local authorities have duties under section 108A of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (anaw 4) to take reasonable steps to secure that suitable accommodation is available for their occupation.”
