In section 167(2) of the 1996 Act (allocation in accordance with allocation scheme: Wales), after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)

people for whom responsible local authorities have duties under section 108A of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (anaw 4) to take reasonable steps to secure that suitable accommodation is available for their occupation.”
