29 Suitability of accommodation E+W

In section 59(1) of the 2014 Act (suitability of accommodation)—

(a) after “have regard to” insert “provision made in, under or by virtue of”;

(b) after paragraph (g) insert—

“(h) Part 4 of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (condition of dwelling).”
