(2)Yn is-adran (1)(d), ar ôl “y Rhan hon” mewnosoder “ac, mewn perthynas â phersonau sy’n ddigartref neu sydd mewn perygl o ddod yn ddigartref, Deddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru) 2014 (dccc 4) (“Deddf 2014”)”.
(3)Ar ôl is-adran (1) mewnosoder—
“(1A)Rhaid i’r trefniadau o dan is-adran (1) gynnwys protocol ar gyfer ymdrin ag achosion sy’n ymwneud â’r canlynol—
(a)personau 16 neu 17 oed sy’n ddigartref neu sydd o dan fygythiad o ddigartrefedd;
(b)anghenion llety a chefnogaeth personau sy’n gadael gofal;
(c)anghenion llety a chefnogaeth personau sy’n gadael gofal a phersonau 16 neu 17 oed sy’n gadael llety cadw ieuenctid, y carchar neu fangre a gymeradwywyd.
(1B)Yn is-adran (1A), o ran “personau sy’n gadael gofal”—
(a)ei ystyr yw personau sy’n dod o fewn unrhyw un o’r categorïau o berson ifanc sydd â hawl i gefnogaeth o dan unrhyw un neu ragor o adrannau 105 i 115 o Ddeddf 2014 (gweler adran 104 o Ddeddf 2014), a
(b)ym mharagraff (c), mae’n cynnwys personau a fyddai â hawl o’r fath oni bai am adrannau 185 a 186 o Ddeddf 2014.”
