In section 83(2) of the 2014 Act (cases referred from a local housing authority in England)—

(a)

in paragraph (a) omit “for homeless applicants in priority need”;

(b)

for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

section 75 (duty to secure accommodation);”.
