40 Cyfyngu ar y pŵer i sicrhau bod gwasanaethau trafnidiaeth gyhoeddus i deithwyr yn cael eu darparu o dan adran 7 o Ddeddf Trafnidiaeth (Cymru) 2006 LL+C

(1) Mae adran 7 (darparu gwasanaethau trafnidiaeth gyhoeddus i deithwyr) o Ddeddf Trafnidiaeth (Cymru) 2006 (p. 5) wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn is-adran (1), ar ôl “public passenger transport services” mewnosoder “, other than a service that is within subsection (1A),”.

(3) Ar ôl is-adran (1), mewnosoder—

“(1A) A service is within this subsection if it is a local bus service for the purposes of section 1 of the Bus Services (Wales) Act 2026 (asc [X]).”

(4) Ar ôl is-adran (4A), mewnosoder—

“(4B) The restriction in subsection (4) does not apply in the case of a local bus service contract entered into under the Bus Services (Wales) Act 2026 (asc [X]).”
