Defnyddir y term darpariaeth i ddisgrifio elfen ddiffiniadwy mewn darn o ddeddfwriaeth sy'n cael effaith ddeddfwriaethol – megis Rhan, Pennod neu adran. Mae fersiwn o ddarpariaeth yn rhagolygol naill ai:

- pan fo testun y ddarpariaeth wedi'i newid, ond nad oes dyddiad wedi'i bennu eto gan y person neu'r corff priodol i'r newidiadau hynny i ddod i rym.

Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. (1)Wrth arfer unrhyw swyddogaeth o dan y Ddeddf hon, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru roi sylw i’r amcanion a ganlyn.
(2)Yr amcan cyntaf yw hybu defnyddio gwasanaethau bysiau lleol.
(3)Yr ail amcan yw gwella’n barhaus ddibynadwyedd, diogelwch, fforddiadwyedd a hygyrchedd gwasanaethau bysiau lleol.
(4)Y trydydd amcan yw gweithio tuag at gynyddu argaeledd gwasanaethau bysiau lleol.
(5)Y pedwerydd amcan yw gweithio tuag at gyflawni system drafnidiaeth integredig.
(6)Y pumed amcan yw hwyluso siwrneiau teithwyr sy’n golygu defnyddio mwy nag un gwasanaeth bysiau lleol.
(7)Y chweched amcan yw lleihau allyriadau nwy tŷ gwydr a gwastraff o drafnidiaeth ffyrdd.
(8)Y seithfed amcan yw hwyluso mynediad gan deithwyr sy’n defnyddio gwasanaethau bysiau lleol i fannau lle y darperir addysg, hyfforddiant, gwasanaethau iechyd neu wasanaethau gofal cymdeithasol.
(9)Yr wythfed amcan yw gweithio tuag at ddileu neu leihau rhwystrau sy’n datgymell defnyddio gwasanaethau bysiau lleol.
(10)Yn yr adran hon—
(a)mae “addysg” yn cynnwys addysg uwch;
(b)mae i “nwy tŷ gwydr” yr un ystyr ag yn Rhan 2 o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd (Cymru) 2016 (dccc 3);
(c)ystyr “gwasanaethau iechyd” yw gwasanaethau a ddarperir o dan adran 3 o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006 (p. 42) (gan gynnwys gwasanaethau yr ystyrir at ddibenion y ddyletswydd yn is-adran (1) o’r adran honno eu bod yn cael eu darparu o dan y ddyletswydd honno);
(d)ystyr “gwasanaethau gofal cymdeithasol” yw gwasanaethau a drinnir fel gwasanaethau rheoleiddiedig at ddibenion Deddf Rheoleiddio ac Arolygu Gofal Cymdeithasol (Cymru) 2016 (dccc 2).
