Prospective
(1)The Welsh Ministers must—
(a)carry out a review of the operation and effect of, and the compliance with, this Act, and
(b)publish, in such manner as they consider appropriate, a report on the review.
(2)The review must be completed before the end of the period of 3 years beginning with the day on which section 1 comes into force.
