8Fitness for visitor accommodation: specific standards

The specific fitness standards are those set out in the following sections—

(a)

section 9 (fire‍ safety),

(b)

section 10 (electrical maintenance),

(c)

section 11 (gas maintenance),

(d)

section 12 (carbon monoxide risk), and

(e)

section 13 (insurance).
