58Review of operation and effect of Act
(1)
The Welsh Ministers must—
(a)
carry out a review of the operation and effect of Parts 3 to 5 of this Act, and
(b)
publish, in such manner as they consider appropriate, a report of the review.
(2)
The review under subsection (1) must be completed before the end of the period of 4 years beginning with the day on which those Parts come fully into force.
(3)
In carrying out a review under subsection (1), the Welsh Ministers must consult any persons they consider appropriate.
(4)
A report under subsection (1) must be laid before Senedd Cymru.
