56Guidance issued by the Welsh Ministers
(1)
The Welsh Ministers must issue guidance in connection with the regulation of visitor accommodation under or by virtue of Parts 3 to 5 of this Act.
(2)
Before issuing guidance under subsection (1), the Welsh Ministers must consult any persons they consider appropriate.
