4Amendments to enactments on tourism
(1)
In section 1 of the Visitor Accommodation (Register and Levy) Etc. (Wales) Act 2025 (asc 5), before subsection (1) insert—
“A1
This Act forms part of a code of Welsh law relating to tourism.”
(2)
Schedule 1 makes amendments to the Development of Tourism Act 1969 (c. 51).
(3)
The Tourism (Overseas Promotion) (Wales) Act 1992 (c. 26) is repealed.
