Gan ei fod wedi ei basio gan Senedd Cymru ac wedi derbyn cydsyniad Ei Fawrhydi, deddfir fel a ganlyn:
1Aelodaeth Tribiwnlys Adolygu Iechyd Meddwl CymruLL+C
(1)Mae paragraff 1 o Atodlen 2 i Ddeddf Iechyd Meddwl 1983 (p. 20) wedi ei ddiwygio fel a ganlyn.
(2)Daw’r ddarpariaeth bresennol yn is-baragraff (1).
(3)Ar ôl is-baragraff (1) mewnosoder—
“(2)In sub-paragraph (1)(b), “registered medical practitioner” means a fully registered person within the meaning of the Medical Act 1983 (whether or not that person holds a licence to practise under that Act).
(3)If, before the coming into force of sub-paragraph (2), a person appointed as a medical member under this paragraph did not hold a licence to practise under the Medical Act 1983 (whether at the time of appointment or at any other time), that fact does not affect the validity of—
(a)the person’s appointment to the Mental Health Review Tribunal for Wales, or
(b)the person’s membership of that tribunal during that period.”

(1)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru gynnal adolygiad o’r trefniadau hyfforddiant a gynhelir gan Lywydd Tribiwnlysoedd Cymru, yn unol ag adran 60(5)(a) o Ddeddf Cymru 2017 (p. 4), ar gyfer aelodau meddygol o Dribiwnlys Adolygu Iechyd Meddwl Cymru nad ydynt yn dal trwyddedau i ymarfer o dan Ddeddf Meddygaeth 1983 (p. 54).
(2)Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru gyhoeddi adroddiad o’r adolygiad heb fod yn hwyrach na 12 mis ar ôl y diwrnod y daw’r Ddeddf hon i rym.
