CHAPTER 3GENERAL
64Power to make consequential, transitional etc. provision
(1)
The Welsh Ministers may by regulations—
(a)
make provision that is incidental or supplementary to, or consequential on, any provision of this Act;
(b)
make transitional or saving provision in connection with any provision of this Act.
(2)
Regulations under subsection (1) may amend, modify, repeal or revoke any enactment (whenever enacted or made, and including any provision of this Act).
