This Part comes into force on the day after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

Sections 1, 2 and 5 and Schedule 1 come into force on 1 April 2027.

The other provisions of this Act come into force on a day appointed by the Welsh Ministers in an order made by statutory instrument.

An order under subsection (3) may make transitional or saving provision.
