Where a provision in Chapter 3 or 5 of this Part requires a notice to be given to a person, the Authority must publish the notice as soon as practicable after it is given.

In complying with subsection (1), the Authority may publish a notice in a redacted form if it considers it necessary to do so in order to avoid disclosing information contrary to any prohibition imposed by an enactment or other rule of law.
