15Ystyr “asesiad llawn”

Yn y Bennod hon ystyr “asesiad llawn”, mewn perthynas â thomen nas defnyddir, yw asesiad o—
(a)sefydlogrwydd y domen;
(b)materion sy’n effeithio ar sefydlogrwydd y domen neu a allai effeithio ar hynny (gan gynnwys unrhyw ryngddibyniaethau rhwng y domen ac unrhyw domen nas defnyddir arall);
(c)a allai unrhyw ryngddibyniaethau rhwng y domen a thomen nas defnyddir arall effeithio ar sefydlogrwydd y domen arall;
(d)a yw’r meini prawf ar gyfer cofrestru wedi eu bodloni.
