Defnyddir y term darpariaeth i ddisgrifio elfen ddiffiniadwy mewn darn o ddeddfwriaeth sy'n cael effaith ddeddfwriaethol – megis Rhan, Pennod neu adran. Mae fersiwn o ddarpariaeth yn rhagolygol naill ai:
- os nad yw'r ddarpariaeth (Rhan, Pennod neu adran) erioed wedi dod i rym neu;
- pan fo testun y ddarpariaeth wedi'i newid, ond nad oes dyddiad wedi'i bennu eto gan y person neu'r corff priodol i'r newidiadau hynny i ddod i rym.
Gall Gorchmynion Cychwyn a restrir yn y blwch 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth' fel rhai sydd heb eu gwneud eto ddod â'r fersiwn ragolygol hon i rym.
Newidiadau i ddeddfwriaeth:
Ar hyn o bryd nid oes unrhyw effeithiau heb eu gweithredu yn hysbys ar gyfer y Deddf y Gymraeg ac Addysg (Cymru) 2025, Adran 15.

(1)Rhaid i gorff llywodraethu ysgol gyflwyno drafft o’r cynllun cyflawni addysg Gymraeg a lunnir o dan adran 14 i’r awdurdod lleol sy’n cynnal yr ysgol.
(2)Rhaid cyflwyno’r drafft o leiaf 9 mis cyn dechrau’r cyfnod y mae’r cynllun cyflawni addysg Gymraeg i gael effaith amdano.
(3)Wrth gyflwyno’r drafft, rhaid i’r corff llywodraethu ddarparu crynodeb o’r ymatebion i’r ymgynghoriad a gynhaliwyd yn unol ag adran 14(2)(b).
(4)Caiff yr awdurdod lleol—
(a)cymeradwyo’r cynllun cyflawni addysg Gymraeg fel y’i cyflwynwyd (gan gynnwys y categori iaith a bennir ynddo),
(b)cymeradwyo’r cynllun cyflawni ag addasiadau y cytunwyd arnynt â chorff llywodraethu’r ysgol, neu
(c)gwrthod y cynllun cyflawni a rhoi cyfarwyddyd i’r corff llywodraethu i ailystyried y cynllun cyflawni.
(5)Effaith cymeradwyo cynllun cyflawni addysg Gymraeg ysgol o dan is-adran (4)(a) neu (b) yw dynodi’r categori iaith a nodir yn y cynllun cyflawni fel categori iaith yr ysgol.
(6)Os yw awdurdod lleol yn gwrthod drafft o’r cynllun cyflawni addysg Gymraeg, rhaid i’r cyfarwyddyd o dan is-adran (4)(c)—
(a)rhoi rhesymau dros y penderfyniad;
(b)pennu erbyn pryd y mae rhaid i’r corff llywodraethu gyflwyno drafft pellach o’r cynllun cyflawni i’r awdurdod lleol.
(7)Mae is-adrannau (4) i (6) yn gymwys i gynllun cyflawni addysg Gymraeg drafft a gyflwynir gan gorff llywodraethu ysgol mewn ymateb i gyfarwyddyd o dan is-adran (4)(c) yn yr un modd ag y maent yn gymwys i ddrafft a gyflwynir o dan is-adran (1).
(8)Rhaid i gorff llywodraethu ysgol gyhoeddi’r cynllun cyflawni addysg Gymraeg a gymeradwyir.
(9)Rhaid i gorff llywodraethu ysgol gymryd pob cam rhesymol i weithredu’r cynigion a nodir yn rhinwedd adran 14(1)(e), (f), (g), (h) ac (i) yn y cynllun cyflawni addysg Gymraeg a gymeradwyir.
