Yn Rhan 1 o Atodlen 1A (anghymwyso) i Ddeddf 2006, ar ôl paragraff 7 mewnosoder—
“Persons not registered in electoral register at an address in Wales

A person who is not registered in the register of local government electors at an address within a Senedd constituency.”
