Yn adran 1 (y Senedd) o Deddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006 (p. 32) (“Deddf 2006”), yn lle is-adran (2) rhodder—

(a)16 Senedd constituencies, and
(b)six seats for each constituency, and
the Senedd is to consist of the members for those constituencies.”
