88Correcting errors: regulations
(1)
Regulations may make provision for or in connection with the procedure for correcting an error in a decision document and may (among other things) make provision about—
(a)
any consultation that must take place;
(b)
the circumstances in which the Welsh Ministers must publish a statement explaining the reason for correcting the error.
(2)
Regulations may make provision about—
(a)
the effect of making a correction under section 87(2) and not making a correction;
(b)
when a correction made under section 87(2) takes effect.
