SCHEDULE 3 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS AND REPEALS

Housing and Planning Act 2016 (c. 22)

14 (1) The Housing and Planning Act 2016 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 205(1), in the definition of “planning consent”—

(a) in paragraph (a), after “Act,” omit “or”;

(b) in paragraph (b), after “2008” insert— “, or

(c)

infrastructure consent under the Infrastructure (Wales) Act 2024”.
