The Welsh Ministers may by regulations amend this section for the purpose of changing the period within which they must review the strategy.”

Yn adran 87 o’r Ddeddf honno (rheoliadau at ddibenion Rhan 4), ar ôl is-adran (9) mewnosoder—

“(9A)

A statutory instrument containing regulations under section 80(8) may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, Senedd Cymru.”
