Yn adran 10 o Ddeddf Coedwigaeth 1967 (p. 10) (cais am drwydded cwympo coed a phenderfyniad awdurdod priodol), yn is-adran (2), ar ddiwedd paragraff (b), mewnosoder “; or

in relation to land in Wales, after consultation with the applicant for the licence, for the purpose of—

(i)

conserving or enhancing natural beauty;

(ii)

conserving flora, fauna, geological or physiographical features, or natural habitats.”
