30Dyletswydd i gyhoeddi gofyniad o dan adran 25(1) neu 27(1) ar ffurf ddrafft

(1)Cyn i ofyniad penodol gael ei osod o dan adran 25(1) neu 27(1), rhaid bod Gweinidogion Cymru—

(a)wedi cyhoeddi—

(i)drafft o’r gofyniad,

(ii)disgrifiad o’r personau y bwriedir i’r gofyniad gael ei osod arnynt, a

(iii)y dyddiad cau ar gyfer cyflwyno sylwadau ar y drafft, na chaiff fod yn gynharach na 4 wythnos ar ôl y dyddiad cyhoeddi, a

(b)wedi penderfynu, ar ôl ystyried y sylwadau a ddaeth i law cyn y dyddiad cau (ac unrhyw faterion perthnasol eraill), a ddylid gosod y gofyniad yn nhelerau’r drafft neu mewn telerau diwygiedig.

(2)Wedi i’r penderfyniad i osod gofyniad gael ei wneud o dan is-adran (1)(b), caiff Gweinidogion Cymru osod y gofyniad hwnnw ar berson (o dan adran 25(1) neu adran 27(1), yn ôl y digwydd) ar unrhyw adeg pan fo’r person o fewn y disgrifiad a gyhoeddir o dan is-adran (1)(a)(ii) mewn cysylltiad â’r gofyniad.
