(2)“Cadwyn gyflenwi bwyd-amaeth” yw cadwyn gyflenwi ar gyfer darparu eitemau o fwyd neu ddiod i unigolion er mwyn eu bwyta a’u hyfed yn bersonol pan fo’r eitemau wedi eu gwneud o’r cyfan neu ran o’r canlynol neu’n cynnwys y cyfan neu ran o’r canlynol, neu wedi eu cynhyrchu gan ddefnyddio (yn uniongyrchol neu’n anuniongyrchol, a hynny’n gyfan gwbl ai peidio), y cyfan neu ran ohonynt—
(a)unrhyw beth a dyfir neu a gynhyrchir fel arall wrth amaethu,
(b)unrhyw anifail a gedwir wrth amaethu, neu
(c)unrhyw anifail neu unrhyw beth arall a gymerir o’r gwyllt.
(3)Y personau mewn cadwyn gyflenwi bwyd-amaeth yw—
(a)yr unigolion y darperir eitemau o fwyd a diod iddynt fel a ddisgrifir yn is-adran (2) (“y defnyddwyr olaf”),
(b)y personau sy’n amaethu neu (yn ôl y digwydd) sy’n cymryd pethau o’r gwyllt, ac
(c)unrhyw berson yn y gadwyn gyflenwi rhwng y personau hynny a’r defnyddwyr olaf.
(4)Y personau sydd â “cysylltiad agos” â’r gadwyn gyflenwi bwyd-amaeth yw—
(a)unrhyw berson sy’n cyflenwi hadau, stoc, cyfarpar, bwyd anifeiliaid, gwrtaith, plaladdwyr, meddyginiaethau neu eitemau tebyg i’r personau o fewn is-adran (3)(b) ar gyfer eu defnyddio wrth amaethu neu gymryd pethau o’r gwyllt,
(b)unrhyw berson sy’n darparu, i bersonau o fewn is-adran (3)(b) neu (c), wasanaethau sy’n ymwneud ag—
(i)iechyd anifeiliaid, neu blanhigion, sy’n rhan o’r gadwyn gyflenwi, neu
(ii)diogelwch neu ansawdd y bwyd neu’r ddiod i’w ddarparu neu ei darparu i’r defnyddwyr olaf,
(c)unrhyw berson sy’n cynnal gweithgareddau a allai effeithio ar fater a grybwyllir yn is-baragraff (i) neu (ii) o baragraff (b), a
(d)cyrff sy’n cynrychioli personau o fewn unrhyw un neu ragor o baragraffau (b) ac (c) o is-adran (3) a pharagraffau (a), (b) ac (c) o’r is-adran hon.
(5)Mae gweithgareddau o’r math a grybwyllir yn is-adran (4)(c) i’w trin at ddibenion adran 25(1) a (2) fel pe baent yn gysylltiedig â’r gadwyn gyflenwi, ond nid yw hyn i’w ddarllen fel pe bai’n cyfyngu ar gyffredinolrwydd “cysylltiad” yn adran 25(1) a (2).
(6)Yn yr adran hon, mae “hadau” yn cynnwys bylbiau a phethau eraill y mae planhigion yn tyfu ohonynt.
