15Steps to be taken in preparing report under section 14

In preparing a report under section 14, the Welsh Ministers must have regard to—

(a)

the purposes specified in section 8(2);

(b)

each report published under section 13 in respect of the reporting period to which the report under section 14 relates;

(c)

the most recent report published under section 14;

(d)

any other matters the Welsh Ministers consider appropriate.
