2Os nad yw paragraff 2 o Atodlen 7 i Ddeddf Amaethyddiaeth 2020 mewn grym cyn y dygir y Rhan hon o’r Atodlen hon i rym, yn Rhan V o’r Rheoliad CMO (darpariaethau cyffredinol), ar ddechrau pob un o Erthyglau 219, 220, 221 a 222 (ond ar ôl y diwygiad a wneir gan baragraff 1 o Atodlen 7 i Ddeddf Amaethyddiaeth 2020) mewnosoder—
