SCHEDULE 13 MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS AND REPEALS

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (c. 9)

95 In section 2—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) in the words before paragraph (a), omit “, Welsh county, county borough,”;

(ii) after paragraph (a), insert “and”;

(iii) omit paragraph (c) and the “and” before it;

(b) in subsection (3), in the words before paragraph (a)—

(i) omit “situated in England”;

(ii) for “any such building” substitute “any building”;

(c) omit subsections (3A) and (3B).
