52 E+W In section 148(3) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980, after “(which relates to the compilation or approval by the Secretary of State of lists of buildings of special architectural or historic interest)” insert “, under section 76 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 (which makes similar provision for Wales),”.
