In section 2—

(a)

omit subsections (3A) and (3B);

(b)

in subsection (5)—

(i)

in paragraph (a), omit “(in a case where the monument in question is situated in England), or”;

(ii)

omit paragraph (b);

(c)

omit subsections (5A) and (5B);

(d)

omit subsection (6A);

(e)

in subsection (8), omit “which have been executed in relation to a scheduled monument situated in England or land in, on or under which there is such a scheduled monument”;

(f)

omit subsection (8A).
