CHAPTER 3REPORTING AND ACCOUNTABILITY
42Welsh Ministers’ annual report on public procurement
(1)
As soon as reasonably practicable after the end of a financial year, the Welsh Ministers must prepare a report on public procurement in Wales that year.
(2)
The report must, in particular, include information about—
(a)
the annual procurement reports published under section 39;
(b)
the results of any investigations under section 41.
(3)
The Welsh Ministers must publish the report and lay a copy of it before the Senedd.
