Functions of the Welsh Ministers E+W

116 Consultation by Welsh Ministers about specifications E+W

(1) Before taking any action mentioned in subsection (2), the Welsh Ministers must consult—

(a) the Commission, and

(b) such other persons as they consider appropriate.

(2) The actions are—

(a) specifying a requirement under section 115 (including revised requirements);

(b) withdrawing a requirement under section 115.
