Mae Deddf Diogelu Grwpiau Hyglwyf 2006 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

Yn Atodlen 4 (gweithgareddau rheoleiddiedig sy’n ymwneud â phlant), ym mharagraff 1, ar ôl is-baragraff (9B)(i) mewnosoder—
“(ia)
an inspection under section 57, 58, 59, 60 or 63 of the Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Act 2022 (inspection of further education and training, etc. by Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales);”.
