School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013 (anaw 1) E+W

68 E+W The School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013 is amended as follows.

69 E+W In section 98 (general interpretation and index of defined expressions)—

(a) in subsection (3), in the definition of “appropriate religious body”, in paragraph (b), for “69(3)” substitute “ 68A ”;

(b) in subsection (5), for “69(3)” substitute “ 68A ”.

70 E+W In Schedule 5 (minor and consequential amendments), in paragraph 21, omit sub-paragraphs (4) to (6).
