44 E+W The Education Act 2002 is amended as follows.

45 E+W Omit Part 7 (the curriculum in Wales).

46 (1) Section 210 (orders and regulations) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (6A)—

(a) omit “or Part 7”;

(b) omit “unless the instrument contains an order mentioned in subsection (6AB)”.

(3) Omit subsection (6AB).
