PART 1 E+W CURRICULUM DESIGN

Community schools and foundation and voluntary schools without a religious character E+W

2 (1) This paragraph applies to— E+W

(a) a community school;

(b) a foundation or voluntary school without a religious character.

(2) The provision must have been designed having regard to the agreed syllabus.
