17 Interpretation E+W

In this Act—

(a) “standard contract” means—

(i) a periodic standard contract under the 2016 Act;

(ii) a fixed term standard contract under that Act,

as to which, see section 8 of the 2016 Act;

(b) “the 2016 Act” means the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 (anaw 1).
