The Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Wales) Act 2019 (anaw 2) is amended as follows

In section 6 (application of sections 2 to 5 of that Act to pre-existing requirements and contracts), omit paragraph (b).

Omit section 25 (assured tenancies).
