Schedule 7 (prohibited conduct standard contracts) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (8) for “during first four months” substitute “ until after the first six months ”.

In paragraph 4, in sub-paragraph (7) omit the words from “; the power under section 256(2)” to the end.
