In section 20 (incorporation and modification of fundamental provisions), in subsection (3)—
(a)
omit paragraphs (k) to (o), and the “and” which follows paragraph (o);
(b)
after paragraph (p), insert
“, and
(q)
Part 1 of Schedule 9A (restrictions on giving notice under sections 173 and 186 and under a landlord's break clause).”
