56Ailystyried cydnabyddiaeth ariannol yn dilyn cyfarwyddyd gan Weinidogion Cymru

Yn adran 143A o Fesur 2011 (swyddogaethau Panel Annibynnol Cymru ar Gydnabyddiaeth Ariannol mewn cysylltiad â chydnabyddiaeth ariannol i brif weithredwyr), ar ôl is-adran (5B) mewnosoder—
“(5C)Os yw Gweinidogion Cymru yn rhoi cyfarwyddyd o dan is-adran (5B) i awdurdod perthnasol cymwys—
(a)nid yw’r swyddogaeth o ailystyried y gydnabyddiaeth ariannol i fod yn gyfrifoldeb i weithrediaeth yr awdurdod o dan drefniadau gweithrediaeth (o fewn ystyr adran 10 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 2000);
(b)mae maer etholedig (o fewn ystyr adran 39(1) o’r Ddeddf honno) i’w drin fel pe bai’n aelod o’r awdurdod at ddibenion y swyddogaeth honno, ac
(c)nid yw adran 101 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972 (trefniadau ar gyfer cyflawni swyddogaethau gan awdurdodau lleol) yn gymwys i’r swyddogaeth honno.”
