(2)Wrth arfer swyddogaeth o dan y Bennod hon sy’n ymwneud ag asesu i ba raddau y mae prif gyngor yn bodloni’r gofynion perfformiad, rhaid i berson roi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau a ddyroddir gan Weinidogion Cymru ynglŷn â’r gofynion perfformiad.
