Section 1 (energy policies) is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1), for “strategic planning panel” substitute “corporate joint committee”.
(3)
In subsection (3)(b), for “a strategic planning panel or” substitute “a corporate joint committee or”.
(4)
In subsection (4), for paragraph (aa) substitute—
“(aa)
section 60M of that Act, in the case of a corporate joint committee;”.
