Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 (nawm 4) E+W

13 E+W In section 8(4) (officers who may not be designated head of democratic services), for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) the authority's chief executive appointed under section 54 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021;”.
