18E+WIn regulation 6(1) of the Business Improvement Districts (Wales) Regulations 2005 (ballot holder), for the words from “whom” to the end substitute “ who, by virtue of section 35(1A) of the Representation of the People Act 1983, is the returning officer for elections to the relevant billing authority ”.
