Mae Deddf Cynrychiolaeth y Bobl 2000 wedi ei diwygio fel a ganlyn.

hepgorer “and Wales”;
(ii)
ar ôl “made”, yr ail dro y mae’n digwydd, mewnosoder “in relation to local government elections in England”;

Rules made under section 36A of the 1983 Act (local elections rules in Wales) may make such provision as the Welsh Ministers consider appropriate in connection with any provision made by an order under subsection (1) in relation to local government elections in Wales.”
