The Representation of the People (Combination of Polls) (England and Wales) Regulations 2004 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4(10), in the definition of “relevant enactment”, in paragraph (b)—

(a)

omit “(3AB) or”;

(b)

after ”(3AC)” insert “ , or section 36B(1) ”.

In regulation 5(1)—

(a)

in paragraph (c), after “election” insert “ in England, ”;

(b)

after paragraph (c) insert—
